How is iFormBuilder priced?
iFormBuilder is licensed per user on an annual subscription, starting at a 10-user minimum. Request our pricing sheet for current packages and rates.
What affects the cost of my subscription?
Three things move your subscription price: the number of users on your account, your API volume, and any premium add-ons you select — the White Label App or a professional services engagement. The standard feature set is included for every user.
What if I need more users?
It’s easy! Our pricing is designed to accommodate your business needs and growth. Please contact sales to buy additional users.
What’s the difference between standard features and premium add-ons?
Every subscription includes the standard features listed above — the advanced form builder, offline data collection, the Enterprise API, custom branding, and apps for iOS, Android and the web. Premium add-ons extend the platform for teams that need more, and are purchased separately. The upcoming iFormBuilder MCP Server is also part of the standard feature set, not a premium add-on.
Do you offer nonprofit, government, or academic pricing?
We don’t offer standard discounts for nonprofit, government, or academic organizations — pricing follows the same per-user annual model across sectors. If your organization has specific procurement or contracting requirements, our team can walk you through the options.
